getting shredded without cardio is great

used to be in for about the past 11 months but i felt unhealthy so I upped my activity
I just do 5-10 minutes on the elliptical twice a week or 5-10 minutes on the seated row machine for my cardio.
if i wanted to diet i would....as of now, no
I am afraid to do cardio..haha
30 minutes or less per week @200+ lbs holla
out I probably do a good 2-4 hours a day
cardio > high colesterol
Proper diet > cardio > high cholesterol.

Last year i got pretty lean without any cardio, but i may add some in this year once i start cutting.
