Can you do this?
If yes, do you have shoulder issues?
can rep it, but my bench sucks.
and my shoulders always hurt anyways.
So that would be me w/ 100lbs added. Yeah
only if it includes my bodyweight
He's not doing a chin-up but you can use the same belt for it.
Read the quote again.
best ive done is 3-5 pull ups with a 45 attached.. 180+45... 225 with a max bench around 265.... I think I could get 265 for one chin up style.. *shrug*
yeah, pretty sure i can
Since I can do about 2 BW pullups and I can't even bench my own body weight, I have it covered.
I need to do it with 3 plates. Guess I'll try them at the end of this week or next.
Pretty sure I can do it for reps if fresh too
275 bench ain't impressive tho
I can get like 3-5 chins w/75lbs attached dependant upon how fatigued I am.
my bench is (and always has been) horribly weak for my size
I can't even done one with my own body weight
no shit right guy
step up yo game sonn
what's your PR raw bench?
So if I bench 165, that would mean I'd have to do chinups with 10lbs attached?
if your 1-rep max is 165 and you weigh 155, then yes
So if you can do more weight while doing chinups, what does that mean?
My raw bench sucks and I have a strong back so I could probably come close to it or even go over.
Ive handed off 405 to him for a few reps to give you an idea
So, I would have to add 250pounds on the dip belt. That would be difficult.
I could do 1 chin up w/ my max BP. however I have shoulder issues.
Two 100 lbs. plates and a 45+5?
I stand on a bench!! For realz!!
