Well, I finally got back into lifting one month ago today, after a six month drought. I ordered a 10lb bag of ON whey and Swole v2 and that was enough motivation to get me to start. The first week back was hell. I was quickly reminded of the soreness that persued the first week on lifting. After the first week I was hooked again. Before: 2-22-05 185lbs after: 3-23-05 195lbs I am really happy with the results. Since I am military and eat at the chow hall for free, I have been eating alot of healthy food. That is something which I am not used to. I think that the swole v2 really did help me. I have tried monohydrate before and that didnt do shit. I guess I was another one of those non-resonders to the monohydrate. But this shit works and it definatly doesnt retain water, another plus.
