The pose is a generic but okay, other than that you need more light on her face, it looks underexposed, and her eyes are dark and soulless.
It's obvious that you bounced off the ceiling
shoot-through above camera slight left, i had a reflector below
i used my wall as a background
(could be my monitor, its not calibrated)
• Not enough light on her face
• Too close to background and it's horrible
• Clone and smooth her skin slightly
i would also hold a piece of white paper just below her chin and outside of the frame to reflect some light back onto her face to kill the shadows which make her eyebags go away.

the shadows are unflattering
all of the above. The first thing my amateur ass noticed was the eyes... you can barely see them.
