Pure unadulterated hate. It fuels me.
not a good emotion
embarrasment, i just started so i'm not as macho as anybody in the gym, also a lot of confussion casue i dont know what i'm doing.
that's a word, right ?

and i feel that emotion as well.
I'd say I feel confidence and euphoria, perfect combination of emotions for me, even when im not in the gym I thrive on these emotions.

i dont like to be angry when i workout, it makes me concentrate less, sorta distracting. if i'm relaxed and focused i can put my all into my lifts.
Like everything in my life is in perspective and no problem is too great.
