Which one is the best for cleanest sound and most bass?
oh and what amp would power these subs good?
I got a 12w6... you know the "cheap version" for jl audio and its sounds fuckin sweet so i would go with the w7. But i sound biased dont I?
good luck finding an idmax or brahma, both companies have huge supply issues.
looks like adire got bought out by hempacoustics.
not a good sign.
Id go with the idmax12... Anyways what would be a good amp to power 2 idmax10's?
Adire is a joke.
The Max is the only serious sub I've heard I liked the sound of realy...so I'll vote for that.
Strategic alliance != buyout
I haven't heard the anything but the 12w7, which I own from those three.
I won't vote, but I'll say I'm extremely happy with what I got.
Dan Wiggins is a Joke.
that's just a fancy way of saying we got bought out.
if it was me, i'd personally go with dub7. i own the 12idmax and 12w6v2.
13W7 + 1000/1
basically these two are made for each other.
havent heard a brahma but the idmax and w7 are both pretty impressive and im sure you'd be happy with either one.
is this the 13w7?
whats your guys breif take on it?
Overpriced, overhyped, paying for a name... equal or superior performance can be had for a fraction of the price.
i cant say ive heard of any single woofer with more output. But you can get something CLOSE for less...IE idmax.
I've heard dozens.
care to elaborate
Countless 15" subwoofers, and all the 18" subwoofers I've dealt with have easily surpassed it in terms of output.
RE Audio XXX15/18, MT15, 2006 RE XXX12/15
StereoIntegrity Magnum 15
Fi Car Audio BTL15, Q15
Adire Audio Brahma Extreme 15
SoundSplinter RL-S 12/15, with ruler flat SQ as well.
Incriminator Audio Death Penalty 15
Plus, plenty of main stream shit that is capable of it.
The 2006 XXX12 will outdisplace a 13W7, and be just as linear as well.
you listed nothing but 15/18" woofers, and one 12", none with any numbers to back it up
Well yeah, wouldn't be very fair comparing a 13W7 (13.5"...JL's equivalent of a 15 in that line)... to a bunch of 12's.
What do you want SPL charts for each and every woofer. Tons of woofers have more output than the 13W7... especially given different applications.
fair enough... If you can, prove these subs have more output than a 12w7.
