I'm still definitely in the safe zone. Most competitors get far leaner taking clen etc.
While I am taking stimulants pre workout (200mg caffeine/ 16mg ephedrine/ 1500mg tyrosine/ green tea extract), not doing anything else too extreme.
Actually trying to slow down the loss though somewhat by increasing calorie intake relative to my cardio...
Actually I started off at 177lbs and was down to just below 165lbs this morning.
I was initally trying to keep my weight above 170lbs.

Well as lean as you are your body is going to be fighting you on the fat loss, I'm not sure how much you can lose safely before you start burning away some lean mass too.
offtopic : hey timber, i remember in a thread saying your 26'' waist. do you get all your pants custommade or does size 28(smallest jeans size ive seen) fit you?
Actually I've been upped my calories by 200-300/day to slow down any more weight loss. I'm definitely sure I've lost some lean mass already though my strenght seems intact for most exercises.
I hate hip huggers but I do wear my regular jeans that way if that makes sense. I still buy like a 30 or 32 and wear it low. A 28 is too tight on my ass and legs though the 30's now I can remove without unbuttoning.
why do you want to get any more cut than you are? u already look like you have 0 bf% if you look like your av still. this is just me but if i had yer exact body id either maintain or bulk and cut again, itl probably be really really hard to stay at such a low bf% anyway, thats just my thoughts but u definitely know more than me about it thats for sure.
As much as I'd wanna say, "Don't do it." I wanna see what it'll look like. Also, I'd wanna see what you'd look like if you got over 10% BF and got on a super bulking bulk cycle.

I'd try and poke fun at Timber but he looks better than basically everyone in this forum ever will. I will still never understand how he looks the way he does at such a low weight... he looks 3x my size

My question again was simply that 13lbs in over 5 weeks was a reasonable rate for fat loss considering the whole 'you shouldn't lose more than 2 1/2 lbs per week yada, yada, yada...' which we know doesn't necesserily apply to everyone, especially larger individuals.
7 years consistently. Probably closer to 25 years since I first picked up weights but on and off. Taking that into consideration I was spinning my wheels like a hamster. This is the lightest I've been in probably 3 years.
