Well your arms look a little bigger.
Different lighting FTL.
I don't see 23 pounds, I see about 2.3
i see some increase in the lats, arms and shoulders, and a tad bit in the chest

Doesn't HRT (hormone REPLACEMENT therapy) require you to have actual hormones to replace in the first place?
Nice progress, definitely filling up. Especially that front bicep pose. More bulk in the lats and waist. Keep it up!
