should be doubling atleast 170kg
deadlifts friday, did 170kg for 5

I'm aiming for a 220kg deadlift, 180kg squat, 110kg bench (hating bench)
convert for us americans
multiply by 2.2
170 = 375
180 = 396
220 = 484
110 = 242

and 220k for 1 is a pretty big difference.
really i couldn't do the math.
his predicted 1 rep max is 422.
3 sets of 5 at 170, not a 5rm
considering i did 440 2 weeks ago raw narrow belt conventional.
those aren't always reliable
oh and I weigh 85kg or 187lb at 6"3'
I think I'm doing alright
I got some wicked fungus type stuff right in the groinal area but thankfully not on the cash and prizes. Skin is burnt off so just walking is rather painful. I can take pics if you want...... It's a combo of that and not having enough money plus it being right at exam times
