I am 23 years old 140lbs 6'2 I have been this same weight for 5 years now nothing has changed I eat mabe 2 meals aday fast food. I run around the block everyday to get the blood flowing but thats about it. I want to set a goal for myself and get on a plan so my question is what will work for me and what things should I avoid doing? I want to bulk up and get cut. Thanks for the help everybody!
