didnt kara boginan (sp?) do the same or whatever... regardless, atm if i remember the worlds strongest pound for pound person in the world is a female
why does her ass have to be off the bench before she pushes the weights?
Yeah but would you let her suck you off?
fuckin amazing i have to note the hilarity of her spastic movements when maxing on deads though... looks like she gave it everything she had
maybe it was oly lifting that had higher p4p than men

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDulY9AJc_c 200lb ohp cant find her benching 225x8, raw
her best pull was 501 in a suit but I think she was capable of benching 265 raw.
is that a normal ratio?
when i could bench 265 for reps, i was nowhere close to 510 deads.
My friend and I can drive the ball 250 yards every time, he can bench 350 pounds and I can't. Is that a normal ratio?
that's a little different.
I hope you understood I was pointing out the stupidity of your question.
It's the synchronization of muscle fibre recruitment that causes it.
let me break it down for you.
if that's a "normal" or "average" ratio, then when i'm benching 265x5, i should be deadlifting 505x1, at least, which means my deads need alot of work.
deadlift vs. bench all has to do with strength.
bench vs. driving range are not comparable. your comparison was more stupider.
there is no relation between deadlift and bench.
If there was GTlifter would have the biggest bench on the forum
I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult.
i thought there was some kind of relation to deads, bench, squat?
or is it just to deads vs. squats?
let me explain somethign I've learned in the 4 short months I've been working out.
Just because you can accomplish one thing doesn't mean you can accomplish another.
that explains alot. more working out from you and less acting like you know shit, kthx.
So what you're saying is, because you can post a lot on an internet forum, that doesn't mean you can deadlift 600lbs?
i'm not the one with the asinine questions about ratios.
