The 8 months prior I was using a bunch of retard routines that got me really no where strength wise. Supps: CEE Whey Fish Oil Carls Jr Loud Music Multi Vitamin Overall I am pretty happy with my progress. Although, I wanted to be above 200lbs by now, it's pretty tough getting there for me. I eat 4500+ calories a day. I goto bed @ 195lbs and wake up 190lbs. I am probably going to bulk til 220-230 before I cut, I want to cut now but I'd end up way too skinny. Thoughts? My chest looks small in the front bi shot, but it is proportional when I am relaxed.
