I went from 183 to about 163 in 5 months or so doing mma and eating really well. About January I wasnt happy with the way my body looked after losing all the weight so i started lifting weights, i stayed at 163 but my body looks alot better + i was able to eat whatever I want. For the next 2 months (prepping for summer) my goal is to lose my man boobs, I know 10 pounds wont necessary mean i'll lose my man boobs but its just a short term goal. I plan on eating under 2000 calories and doing a lot of conditioning/cardio workouts. So my reason for starting this log is to keep an eye on my activities, and to push myself further every week. I'll post pics at the end of my 2 months if i am happy with myself.
