Hi guys I need your inifinite body building knowledge once again to answer two simple questions I have no definite answers for. 1. Is Tribulus recommended for improving size and strength? The lady at the health food shop said it increases testosterone and forces your body to grow after intense workouts. It didn't sound very believable but I am taking it currently twice daily with food whilst working out. Should I be using this or is there another supplement I could use to help my body respond quickly and increase bodysize? 2. My chest is a bit bigger than the rest of my body but what bothers me the most is that they look like tits because of the large gap in the middle of them. See pic for reference. Anyway I need to know some weight exercises which can build more of the middle chest up. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
