I know these threads come up all the time, "I have two weeks to a pool party, how do i get a 6pack!?!" however, I have been eating healthy and exercising since january and have lost 42lbs. I've went from 34-35% bf to 23'ish. I've got two weeks before I start up at a new school and I really want to look my slimmest. My diet now consists of 4-400 calorie meals with at least 25g protein and all low gi carbs, brown rice, whole wheat grain etc. also two 100cal snacks. This has been working for me but i really want to maximize my efforts over the next two weeks, what are you suggestions? I also drink a lot of plain green tea and caffeine.
