On my DE days I finish up with a set of 10 at 225 then 20 135 (weaksauce I know). To be honest I like em...
I don't even like squatting my bodyweight 20 times.
i like finishing my squat workout with 225 for 20.

i dont train for 1r maxes in squat anymore. I've said this 100 times now. Who cares.

im curious as to why need to know fatass?
My strenght levels in the rep range I am using is increasing and Im still gaining mass. I would consider that progress.

a gut shortens the ROM on bench, thus more weight can be lifted.
It would be retarded for my to try to loose weight 5 weeks before a meet.... afterwards is a different story
