I like everything but the looks. Maybe the next refresh of it will appeal to me.

Dudge is on the right track though. Cheap, solid chassis + lots of engine choices = win

There's an SRT version in the works, it may have a supercharged Hemi and the same all-wheel-drive system found on Mercedes cars.

    Here's Ford's upcoming wagon,

F-150 styling cues (to the Magnum's Ram styling cues), standard FWD, and the only engine is 200HP V6....

The AWD magnum will be out before winter hits, and is not a mercedes system.

All SRT versions are scheduled for launch one year after the regular version of the vehicle hits dealerships

the SRT-8 Magnum will likely be powered by a 6.1 Hemi

    HEMI here we come..

This is a brutal machine that will mark a dramatic evollution in the way wagons are built...

Paint it black, put a 6 speed in it, and I'm there. I'd still prefer to have a hot rod 55-57 Bel Air wagon/Nomad though.

The ford turd is not a wagon, it's still to jacked up.

MSRP for the Hemi Magnum is under $30k too.

I emailed Daimler Chrys, asking if there were any plans for sedan and coupe versions, but they said nothing right now.

They ought to sell a cheap, stripped down, no frills coupe version with the Hemi like they used to do back in the 60s.

The Dodge Charger is being resurrected on the LX structure,

I agree, the Magnum should offer a manual just to further burgeon its performance image.

I don't know why, but I get a kick outta that.

I like that dark blue color the most. I don't think I've got the guts to buy another black car, especially with that much painted surface area.

WTF are they looking at? Could just be a toaster under there and they wouldn't know it. Covers are a cheap way to make an engine look good and just get in the way.

Hey this is old and all, but I was reading more on it today, because I really want the car.

Starts under 23K, and with a 5.7 HEMI equipped (same as the trucks?), it's still comfortably under 30K. I really want one, because the exterior and interior styling is simple, yet sweet, not at all over-the-top.

I really want one, but money is against me 24/7 :sad2:
