I am nauseous as hell
i use over 20mg of Y
same, usually 20-22 or so
15 mg Y + 200mg C = me happy for morning classes.
However it made me sweat like a pig during cardio
I am not really meaning to lose too much weight, just increase the results of my cardio sessions. What is your opinion on using CY only precardio 3-4 times a week?
Sounds fine to me, although I would increase the Y at least...it probably isn't even affecting you at all at that low of a dose.
thats what I am thinking, however I had this reaction to 5mg, maybe its because it's only my 2nd day of taking it... Yesterday I did 2.5mg, today I went with 5. Perhaps my body will adjust?
It will...first day I did 5mg, and I thought I was going to die, 2 weeks later I can take 15mg and not even notice it at all. Just increase it gradually and don't stress yourself out too much. Like when you jump a dose, don't do cardio or something the day you do...just let your body handle it before you put youself in a stressful situation (cardio).

BTW, tried the same dose this afternoon and it went down a lot smoother.
You realize that if you have much insulin still in your system the Y is just broken down and that is probably why it went down smoother. That is why you are supposed to take it first thing in the morning with no food.
Yes, thats why I made sure to take it about 1.5-2 hours after I ate. How do you guys manage to take it in the morning? I have to be at work early
set an alarm. wake up, take it. go back to sleep.
