PR for me, also something at the end for those who hate me
and @ guido kid walking by in the background
at guy checking out your ass
great job! close call on the second one.
I like how your knees wobbled horizontally like 3 inches either way
Good job though.
nice oh squat
look at the lady in the office on your second attempt. have they said anything to you about dropping weights?
Yeah i feel like you really have no control during any of these lifts...
the fact that you're so close to dropping the weight on your head, and the fact it looks like your arm is bent in a weird way too.. makes me worry about you
The second lift was almost a good lift... soo close
i don't hate you... you just need to pull ur pants up on ur progress pix a little
I'm worried as well. Looks like you are begging for an injury.
i'm shocked that a YMCA isn't freaking out with the weight dropping lol, and as previous post says, dude checking your ass is funny
Fuck yeah dude. Good job.
nice job dude, holy shit that second lift made me , imagine if it fell on your head
i don't think i could even hold that over my head
You're way more flexible than I am. I can barely overhead squat the bar without faceplanting.
2nd one looked dangerous for your arm
I wish I could watch this. stupid youtube blocked ftl!
i still think you may as well do a proper jerk instead of that weird jerking from behind the head rubbish, but not a bad effort
got to keep those elbows up to the sky to help stop you coming forward on the cleans though- you have pretty good flexibility so you could give o-lifting a try with a coach sometime
dude that lady in the office looks PISSED
no pics of "horrible chest scar" no care
good lift though im worried about you broham
that was impressive. Is this the proper way to get the bar above your head? I just started doing overhead squats and I just rack the bar up high in the rack and walk under it.
at office lady
do them from the rack - jerking frmo behind the head could be dangerous if you dont know what you're doing.
if you are strong enough, get into the bottom position with the bar on the rack, get your arms up straight in the overhead position and begin by taking the bar off the rack as though you were coming up off the ground
