I've always been a bit pudgy, never a fat pig, but definitely overweight. I've been laying off the fatty foods, trying to eat right, and staying active. Since the beginning of December to now, I've lost 18 pounds. I would like to get to 200 pounds, which I haven't weighed since 12th grade. Here's a few pics of where I'm at now. I plan on stepping it up to a daily workout routine. I was too embarassed to take pictures before, sorry. I'm making this thread, so I can track my own progress. Right now, I'm 6'0" and 220 pounds. 29 years old.
