I've been on Pur's routine in the stickies for about 6 weeks now. Previous to this, I was doing a 3 day split 1 day off routine (Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Legs/Shoulders, off). It seems that I have been losing muscle mass in the last 6 weeks. Has anyone ever experienced similar results? My workout with the 3 day split looked something like this... Day 1 Chest/Tri Flat DB Incline DB Fly Decline V Bar Pushdowns Rope Pushdowns Widegrip Reverse Push/Pulldowns Day 2 - Back/Bi Deadlifts Pull ups Cable Rows Standing DB Curls Preachers Seated hammers Day 3 - Legs/Shoulders Squats Leg Extentions Leg Curls DB Presses Front DB Raises Side DB Raises Reverse Flys Any input?
