Hey guys.. Don't post too much here, but I do lurk on here every couple of hours or so. I work out 3-5 times a week, but 4 times a week is a ideal. I started at about 152, and now I'm at 159lbs. I know it's pretty weaksauce for being 6'1 but, I'm working on it.
