you're looking pretty decent. However, it cannot be a true progress pic without a before pic as well.
I think you need to start eating more and putting on a bit more mass. You are already pretty low in b/f it seems, so adding more cal's and putting on mass shouldn't get you too high in b/f.
I would say shoot for 195-200 and risk gaining an extra 2% b/f or so upto maybe 11/12%.

I think your chest looks really good and doesn't need as much work as your supporting areas. I would focus on shoulders and back/
