    Good job on the overhead squats. Your shoulder/chest flexibility is pretty good to keep the bar behind your head like that.

    Good job. I plan on taping my overhead squats on thursday...

    Did 135x6 last week but tweaked right shoulder a bit.

    one of my training partners (rugby player on scholarship) does squat jerks with 110kg for doubles and its truly something awesome to watch.. the strength and stability required all over your body to do that is awesome :bigthumb:

    yeah the bottom of overheads when youre turning it around is the hardest part which the chains video is missing that. plus hes only doing one negative portion which is also the second hardest part.

    deadbolt throw your legs out to the sides more on the front squats. you dont want to be sitting straight down on your legs you want to come down in between them. like in that dan john video
