felt like telling someone
6'2" about 155 :\
that might have something to do with it. just started trying to gain some weight about 2 months ago (was at 145). another case of fast metabolism. its tough to gain but at least i'm seeing improvement.
I did 33 the other day in 4 sets
thats a lotta pullupz
I did 25 widegrip pullups at 170lbs
i'm 200 now and i can do 9 or 10
that's awesome my younger bro can do that much and he doesn't even workout
if 33 consecutive dead-hang pull-ups isn't a workout, i don't know what is
lol. I wonder how many of said above 50+ chinup guys actually have ANY back development.
wow that's so hard. Can you describe your form?
he doesn't have a chest/back/leg/arm days as most of us... he just climbs
and good job by the way... 32 is hard as hell
32? jesus. I thought I was doing good at 13.
start with a relaxed back, pull up with a linear movement (not a full body slingshot to throw you over the bar ) to the top of arm movement (which turns out to be a bit above chin level). lower down steady, and repeat.
the last 2 or 3 are pretty rough, so theres a bit of swinging in them.
ever been in a turkish prison?
You will actually get better development by retracting the shoulders in the hang position.
i can only do 10 damn
gain 50 lbs and make a thread
