Ok, assuming comparable rep scheme, how similar are your clean vs. snatch numbers?
I really have no idea, we don’t go very heavy with them. It is more about technique than weight. If I had to guess I would say 270lbs(shot in the dark) would be my max on snatch. But, I don’t think I have ever worked out with more than 220lbs ... maybe 242lbs
you'd be surprised how many big time programs have terribly outdated and inefficient training programs. you're lucky nugga

do you mean lifting program or like how the team is doing
lots of Olympic lifts pretty basic stuff like everyone else in the country
on the field we are 7-3 #33 in the nation and if we beat Akron Thursday we will clinch the MAC East and play in Detroit in the MAC Championship guaranteed to play in a bowl game
