Damn I eat a lot fat during the day
Im sticking with the timberwolf diet
That's a low fat day for me.
Yesterday was 52% fat/ 17% carbs and 31% protein.
Everyone's sensitivity, especially to carbs, is different. I respond well to high fat low carb as well though.
Yea Im trying to eat more carbs since I havent had much in about 4weeks. When I start my EC it will be around 50% Also going to add that L-Tyrosine like you said and see if I notice anything diffrent
I wish i could limit that many carbs
24% fat, 37% carbs, 39% p rotein

Same here, carbs are the devil for me.

I was about 40% carbs/45% fats/ and 15% protein yesterday, had about 75 grams HOLLA
I feel REALLY good when I'm eating high fat, low carb, high protein but I'm worried about any health risks there might be
My fats come from nuts and olive oil and I get most of my protein from chicken.
Anyone have a good website or something to download that calculates this stuff? I am interested in what my diet looks like. Thanks!
If that's where your fats are coming from, I don't think you have to worry too much. Seems like the Mediterranean Diet.
