had some problems with the fire department practice physical fitness test last night. they said i should do 30 minutes of cardio, 5-6 days a week, for the next 3 weeks. that'll keep me from getting winded. i had that saliva-flowing near nausea thing going on last night after doing the stairclimber, saw carry, hose pull, and the two ladder tests. so... yea. 30 minutes on the treadmill ftw.
