I'm getting so frustrated lol.

Spent many hours developing a proper air filtration box for the P1P and now I cant get even PLA to not lift up in the corners. I've tried both the textured and cool bed with increased heat on both, magicgoo and the bambu glue, a huge brim as well as enclosing the print. Nothing seems to be working. I'm guessing its the empty box shape thats causing the corners to warp and pull up but I feel like I've done similar prints without issues.

Here is what it will look like if I can ever get it to print correctly.

Using a centrifugal fan instead of axial fans which are pretty useless for this application.

Cross with carbon chamber at the top followed by HEPA.

On the upside, if you can't get the printer to print anything, you don't really have to worry about air filtration lol

try washing with dish soap and scrub lightly with the rough side of a sponge (also probably don't use this for food adjacent cleaning anymore), rinse thoroughly

Could you use a Prusa build plate with that printer? For prints where you aren't looking to use the entire print bed?
Might freak out the bed mesh but sure, p1p doesn’t care at all.
Whambam makes a really good build plate
A lot of the 250mm spec voron plates are 255-260mm^2 which also should work

A quick spray of aqua net has given me flawless results on the cool plate. I have printed about 20 hollow boxes using 256x240 of the 256x256 build space. 3dmax pla+.

Only issue ive had was printing a slender rectangle at a diagonal on the bed(to get it to ~14") and one side started pulling up the buildplate/magnet in the corner.
