This may be a pointless question, but whatever, I have nothing to do at the office today. With my AC arthritis the only chest press I can do is DB incline. No other variation (BB, DB, flat, decline, incline) works. Everything else hurts. So my chest day ends up being 5 or 6 sets of DB incline and then cable flies. Sometimes I do a little pec deck but that often aggravates my shoulder. Is there anything else I can do? Dips irritate the fuck out of my shoulder and my elbows so that is out. Pic unrelated.
