yeah, i am pretty sure i could do it, i've done 20 at 408, but at like 100 years old, thats badass

501 at a WABLD meet, 515 in training. and. I crunk like crazy.
8 minutes do to 40 reps. that's about 1.5 minutes of rest between sets of 10.
