In Kuwait as of right now, 2 months into deployment and 2 months into weight lifting. Started benching 205 max, now i am doing 4 sets of 5 on heavy days with 225. I am shooting for 350 lbs flat bench by the end of 08. Saturday--Off day so going to get some rest and prepare for Monday. I'm lazy right now so I will start posting what i eat on Monday. Height: 6' 0" Beginning of deployment: Weight: 168 Height: 6'0" Current Weight 178 Target: 185-190 Solid Currently taking: 2 Scoops N.O. Xplode Mon, Wed and Friday. Syntha Six Protein Shake two scoops two times a day. One Mid morning (usually around 9:30) and one DIRECTLY after my workout.
