whats the advantage of front squat over regular squat?
He is an olympic lifter. The front squat builds the strength to catch and get out of the hole of a clean.
I want that bar setup
Clean grip kills my wrists
Also builds quad, abb, and upper back strength (with less emphasis on the posterior chain compared to a back squat)
have you tried the strap method?

2. loop around bar
Yeah never seen those kind of setup on a bar before, is it something you can attach? As I don't seem to have the ability to get my arms down for front squats.

dont have to go to that extreme weight wise to be a bodybuilder. I know guys that make anyone here look like dog shit who have never done a squat or a deadlift and could compete and do VERY well they are rare though.
