Started on January 26th, 2005 6'0 157 BEFORE: 7/25/05 (me today) AFTER: 6'0 205 (I just woke up in these pictures so i look like absolute shit ) I took everyones advice to just to EAT EAT EAT, and lift. The fat that I have put on doesnt really bother me. My progression with my lifts have been going through the roof, and my primary routine has been bill starrs/christophers which I've been on for about 12 weeks now. I TURN 17 TOMMOROW!!! any comments!?
