i don't even do abs anymore. never have time/care for them and i get enough ab workout with my deadlifts and squats.
i use 8 minute abs as my regular workout for abs...u only wanna do it 2-3 times a week bc u dont want to tear ur muscles...they say to do it everyday, but dont, i tried it and it feels like someone is ripping ur abs out of ur stomach...also, when u first start, its very hard to do the complete workout, so dont get discouraged if u cant do all of it...overall it works well and u do see results within the first month...

no man it's just a bunch of shit. If you want really really good abs you need to do 2 a days. Work up to 1000 crunches twice a day. Possition your legs is different ways and go as fast as you can. Plus this will help you to spot reduce that fat on your abs.
