Currently I usually do a 3 day 'program' 1 - Incline, Pullup, Flat, Cable Row 2 - Squat, Deadlift, Incline 3 - Arms, Shoulders - Curls, triceps extension, skull crushes/close grip bench, etc. But a mate wants to step up the tempo and do a 6 day split, I've looked at (don't laugh) Arnold 6 day split in his book. But that's far too much for a intermediate lifter that I am. So does anyone have/know of a good 6 day program. Goal of strength over size. 2 hour max workouts, afternoons. This is only for a few weeks, as I know the tempo wont be able to be sustained at my age and current supplement intake. Ideas and constructive criticism welcomed. I'm not looking to cut down on the days.
