My progress wasn't too bad, though I think I could've done a little better in the span of time. Unfortunately I wasn't doing front double-bi poses back then. I will from now on. The front-relaxed pose is kind of stupid. Height: 5'9" Weight: From 165 lbs to 180 lbs Added 3" to my waistline. Don't like the pudge, but I deal with it. After pics: 180 lbs Before pics: 165 lbs These are 5RM, not 1RM: Bench: 165 to 205 Squat: 155 to 275 DL: 225 to 315 Beginning 5 RM are guesses, because I don't really remember. If I could change anything, I'd add a little more chest and back.
