I need you guys to tear me apart, I know I could be a whole lot bigger than this and I want to progress more. These pics are the results of 9 months of working out. I first started to get in shape (as in, no more ribs sticking out ) for a school canoeing trip. I kept at it afterwords just because it felt really good to not look like a skeleton and it was a huge confidence boost and stress reliever to work out. I wouldn't say my routine is half-assed, but it wasn't exactly hard-core training. It consisted of: Day 1: Biceps, Chest Day 2: Shoulders, Triceps, Abs Day 3: Rest and repeat and repeat. Yeah, its missing something. Excercises were done entirely in my bedroom with a set of adjustable dumb-bells because I was living overseas and didn't have convenient gym access. I'm back in the US now and that is no longer a problem. Nutritionwise, I just ate normally, but a whole lot more and 5 meals a day. I did 5g of creatine a day for about 2 months in the begining, and have taken in about 2 whey protein shakes pretty much every day. I'm about to start college in a month, and I want to change my lifestyle and really get a whole lot bigger. I'll have unlimited gym access and all-you-can eat meal plan, I just need tips on what to change in my workout. Here are the pics: Before: Height: 6'1'' Weight ~140 lbs. After 6 months: Height: 6'1" Weight: 155 lbs. Now (After 9 months) Height: 6'1" Weight: 165 lbs. Thats it. Helpful criticism would be appreciated.
