because he does pilate type exercises with his workout and he sometimes uses the exercise ball. I tell him I wouldnt bother because if you squat, deadlift, bench, do pullups/dips etc you can get easily as good core strength. Also I told him I thought the whole 'core strength' pilates/health ball thing (not the idea of core strength) was just something created to sell women videos on how to get 'toned.' What do you guys think? Am i way off base here?
