1) I've been taking creatine everyday since the beginning of september. I never did the loading period, I just take 5g a day with my whey shake. I heard you are suppose to cycle with it. One of the ways I read on bodybuilding was to take 5g everyday and every 6 weeks do a loading period. Is this a good idea? 2) The creatine I use is prolab creatine monohydrate. I'm looking online and see that they sell creatine pills, like this for example: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dym/creatinecaps.html Is that just as effective as the powder creatine?
