In terms of strength/ performance... a) perform 6 single arm pullups (built up to 4 before tendonitis sidetracked me) b) perform 10 single arm single leg pushups (not too far off) c) do single arm handstand 9far, far, far off) and in bodybuilding terms a) build legs to 25" and calves to 17" while waist remains under 27". b) stay lean 2. Yes they have and still constantly do so. Originally it was to be a smaller version of Serge Nubret or Frank Zane. 3. Casuall and on/ff since 13 or 14 but been consistent for almost 7 years.
