there's this one guy i work with that stands about 5'1" or 5'2" weighs in at 175. This guys is yoked! But, he knows nothing about diet/nutrition. How can somebody get that big without taking any forms of supplements? He doesnt even know that he was supposed to be taking certain amounts of proteins/carbs/fats per day. He doesnt even know that he needs to be at a certain caloric level to maintain/gain/lose weight. Is it genetics? steriods? the whole 1 or 2 years we've been working together, I've always thought he knew a lot about it, but we just recently talked about weight training/dieting and whatnot and he knows nothing about the proper nutrition part.
