What's with the watermark? I don't think anyone is going to steal your picture.
Selective color is something new photographers do to make shitty photos better. In this instance is pulls ALL of the attention off of your subject, unless of course you think that dying flower deserves more attention than the girl, which is seems you do because you completely missed her with the focus.
Take good pictures first and don't rely on PP to fix your mistakes.

Althought I appreciate the comedic relief in the comments
imo, selective color on the flower draws attention to the flower. the focus is obviously on the flower.
if you want the viewer to look at the flower, the girl should also be looking at the flower.. then she's direct the viewer's attention even more to it.. instead of distracting.
