a milestone in my F&N

    last week i was able to do 2 unassisted pull ups.

    my entire life i've NEVER been able to do even half of one. I know its nothing to a lot of you, but its a FUCKING HUGE milestone for me. I just wanted to thank you guys for all the shit I read in here :)

    Nice mang. In high school I couldnt do ANY because of my shitty routine. Now that I have a good routine I can do 12+.
    How much are you weighing?

    congrats dude.. It's a good feeling..

    I fucking LOVE pullups..

    This year I have gone from 6 max to 14 max now.. I feel like i am a little bit stuck at 14, but i'm going to start to try some different shit (weighted pullups, different back excercises, etc).. goal is 20 by the end of the year!

    was at 225 in sept, hit 185 in feb been on a steady routine since and maintained 185 but I'm starting to add muscle and lose fat. Its a slow process but i can definitely tell its working

    I added weight before I could do 1 full pullup, now I can do 12. :hsugh:

    I remember going from not being able to do one pullup to suddenly being able to bang out 4 or 5. Was awesome :o

    What other exercises will help me with pullups? I feel weak in the forearms and lats. I have no lats :wtc:

    Thanks...i think i get it. I used to do pushups all the time and was able to do 75 in a row. I have no chest and a weak bench...but i could do pushups :greddy:

    I'm going to hit the chin-up bar everyday i go to the gym. It will be my first exercise and I will rep till failure. I think i fail at 3 right now :rofl:. I can see how this will work.

    you're going to get addicted. Congrats.

    I remember in middle school, I was made fun of because I couldn't do any. Now I warm up my lats by doing sets of 15 pullups

    does the pull up count if you move your legs or bend your legs?

    I did 3 today right before my cardio. Then hit 2 on my way out...i was tired. I think i can get 4 soon. [​IMG]

    i remember when i was younger I couldnt do a single pull-up..fuckin embarrassing. Now I can do ~15 or so.
    And when I started going to the gym I couldnt do un-assisted dips :o
