I'm gonna continue from where I just posted in this (http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1798332) thread. Me = OTHub (it's cool, that AE is cleared w/ Faz). Anyway, as I posted in that thread, I'm currently 6'2", 230 pounds. I'm looking to loose 30+lbs, in such a manner that it will - with regular maintenance - stay off. I'm considering taking something like Hydroxycut, or Lipo-6. What are your experiences with these products, of course combined with a good exercise routine? Is the difference (w/ or w/o) negligible? TIA for your USEFUL and EDUCATIONAL response.
