I don't know if someone has posted this already so I apologize if it's a repost. When starting out my diet for the first time, I had a hard time keeping up with a lot of stuff so after doing some research, I found this site that was more then helpful. http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/Login.aspx The site is offered by USDA and helps you analyze your daily food intake. It also tracks your physical activity as well if you fill out the information. It's a pretty sweet site. It shows how many cups of vegetables, fruits and etc... that you have taken vs. how much you should take to either maintain your weight or to help you lose weight and stay healthy (there are two different options). Not only that, it graphs out your food intake as well. In any case, enjoy if you do sign up!
