i just did these last night...4 sets upto 225 for 10-12 myself...although since its about my bw right now i cant leave my feet together like you...some reason my balance feels weird, also i notcied my lower back is fucking weak now adays cause its killing me today. You got great form on those.. but even though i can 20 225 for not to hard 10 i cant do 275 for one right now.

jesus christ those hurt me just to watch. I have serious rotator cuff problems where my shoulders have dislocated numerous times on seated dumbbell presses and looking at that makes me cringe.

no reason to. lockouts dont build strength.
makes it harder not to lockout, becaus eyou never relieve the tension on the muscle. when you lock out, the joints takeover to keep the weight in place.. when you dont lock out, the muscle is constantly under tension.

well thats not true. i just think that when doing a set of 10 locking out doesnt serve as much of a purpose. my goal is to trash my shoulders on that 10 rep set, the goal is purely muscular not so much strength. when doing a triple or a 1rm or something that is HEAVY, you should lock out, cuz if you're doing a 1-3rm it's moreso for CNS training not muscular.
