Well, on Friday I think I screwed up and messed up my back. I was doing squats with around 405 and no belt, and I left the pins a little high on the squat rack. When I was coming in to set it on the pins, I had to shift it up a little, and I arched back as I was doing it. Right then, I felt a tiny "shift" in my lower back and immediately felt the soreness set in. I finished up my workout, but by the next morning I wasn't able to tie my own shoes without resembling a whailing autofellating masochist. Sunday I felt slightly better, and today I'm slightly better than on Sunday. If I bend over, I always feel a dull pain in my lower back (Not like muscle soreness) and it gets worse if I tip my head down and touch my chin to my chest. Will I become a paraplegic if I go and do heavy lifting today? Who should I go to to get this checked out if it's serious enough, a chiropractor? I've never had a back problem before.
