Obviously Ive had the stigma of using these machines because its labeled the chick machines. Girls literly sit on the thing with magizines and do like 20 reps . . . like 8 sets . . . no guys walk within 10 feet of the thing . . But in hope to reach a very high raw squat I was talking to some other people and they said its great for the hip flexors . So my question is , seriously does these machines help a good amount when used with an all around good routine.
