I've been utilizing CEE as my sole creatine source for the last three months. The last three weeks or so, I hit a bit of a plateau. Weights weren't going up at all. Just kind of hit the wall, I guess. Couple weeks ago, I decided to switch back to creatine mono, in the form of Phosphagen HP, and I'm seeing immediate results. Weights are increasing again, and I'm feeling less fatigued during and after working out. Definitely seeing and feeling "the pump" again too. My mouth has been dry as hell too. The "pump" and the dry mouth I just chalked up to mono's demand for more hydration. But, the energy and the fatigue-resistance are so noticeable, I feel like I got duped with the CEE. So, I guess the question is this: Is it possible that I'm a non-responder to CEE, but that mono works for me?
